山元トレセン在。
現在のメニューは坂路でハロン１７～１８秒のキャンター調整。
軽めの調整ながら継続しても脚の腫れが再発する事も無く、問題は無いようです。相変わらず我侭との事ですが・・・新潟での復帰を本線に、トレセンへの移動を考慮しつつ進めて行くようです。
